Wrapped in Love

I heard a voice within my head calling like the breeze

It had the tone of tenderness whispering its please

I smelled the scent of heaven, caressing me with love

I felt the kiss of sunshine, coming from above

The trees rustled softly humming out their tune

The gentle light of twilight, coming from the moon

The sunset leaving streaky lines of a blurry, purple haze

Even the skies and sun itself singing out God’s praise

The flowers sharing their sweet perfume, dancing in the wind

The birds singing sweetly, worshiping in kind

A perfect day, made in love from God who sits on high

A perfect night to rest your head after prayers to say goodnight

I love and appreciate feedback. Feel free to let me know what you think. Bless you lots, Easter Ellen
