Torannna

Here in Toronto, we never san any more than the first “T”. You can always tell when someone is not from around our vast city when they pronounce it with a second “t”.

In the cold city known as Toranna

It’s legal to smoke marijuana

Now so many are high

Work? School? Hey, who would wanna?

    • Oh that is only 5 hours away (give or take). I’ve driven through PA so many times on the way down to Florida. Beautiful with the mountains, the deer along the road, wild turkeys and beautiful surroundings. No wonder you are always so inspired!

  4. See? That’s like knowing that Quincy Massachusetts is really pronounced QuinZy. So was it John QUINZY Adams?? And did he travel to Torannno? Love that third “n.”

  5. Marijuana is said to be good for pain. They just made it legal for medicinal use in NY. They are trying to figure out how to regulate it. They aren’t allowing it to be smoked only in liquid form.

    • Oh really.. I didn’t even know it came in a liquid form! It has been legalized for medical reasons for years here, but I’ve never thought to try it. Take so muc hcrap already.

              • Me too. I just ordered the magic bullet and I hope it will be easy to use so I can live off of cereal, fruit juice, vegetable juice, smoothies and salads and lose at least the hundred pounds I put on since I got sick.

                • EEEK! I have an extra 40, so far. I was down a lot a few years ago, but had the steroids again and haven’t been able to lose since. 😦 I make a lot of smoothies and enjoy them. If you want my recipe, I’m happy to share. (oh but I don’t measure anything).

                  • Who has time to measure. Sure pass on the recipe. I don’t like banana’s and I taste no matter how much it’s masked. I lost sixty but gained back twenty. I like juicing just not the work that goes into it. I’m hoping to clean all the fruit and veggies and store them in little baggies so I can pull one out when I want something to eat. Fulling with empty calories. I’ll have to see hematologist often to regulate the INR but the weight loss will be worth it. 🙂

                    • I do use bananas because of the thickness they add, but mangos will do just as well.
I usually will use fresh fruit when I can, but I always add a bit of frozen berries (or mangos) as it gives it the chilly flavour I like.
                      So
I use peach or strawberry flavoured attivia yougurt
                      Usually about 1C worth
1 cup of frozen berries, mangos or peaches
1 cup of fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or peaches
1 cup of juice – I often use cranberry, but my daughter prefers it with orange juice.

                      Then mix.

It makes a blender full, which is good for me as either one of my kids will drink it with me or it is there for the next day. Hope you enjoy xo
