The Beginning

 

He looked at her face with his loving eyes

 

The time was now theirs to begin

 

Silent he stared, savouring the thought

 

Her face lit with anticipation from within 

 

 

He leaned in closer and took her hand

 

Watching; her composure undone

 

Hearts beating faster than ever before

 

The beginning had finally begun
