Cee’s Share Your World; Week 16
How many places have you lived? You can share the number of physical residences and/or the number of cities.
I can’t even count. My parents moved so much that I literally lost count. I think it would total about 21 or 22, though. My high-school transcripts had shown 16 schools. I learned to adapt to new situations fairly early in life. But it left me a little like I never fit in.
What type of music relaxes you the most?
I love classical, Italian love songs, duets, Southern Rock, depends on my mood. I even listen to contemporary Christian music, which can be pretty relaxing.
If you could instantly become fluent in another language, what would that language be and why?
I speak French fairly well (not quite at conversational level, but I understand most and can get by), and I am fairly fluent in Greek, which was the language that my ex-husband’s family spoke. I just picked it up. I would love to travel to Italy some day and I love so many of the Italian love songs that I guess Italian would be my next choice. I understand quite a bit, but cannot speak it.
If you could fly or breathe under water what would you prefer?
Fly… My goodness where I would go and what I would see!
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I am so grateful for the wonderful birthday that my Antonio and my children gave me. Along with his family and a few friends, it was one of the nicest birthdays ever.
I am looking forward to getting over this horrid flu that has had me down a few days. I think that I caught it bringing my daughter to the doctor’s clinic to find out she has pneumonia (which she is over now). I am looking forward to having my energy back to clean up where I am behind and write where I am behind.
Have a great week everyone!!!
